Tania & Andrew's Fairy Tale Fayetteville Wedding

February 11, 2018

Tania and Andrew were married October 21st, 2017 at Manna Church in Fayetteville, NC with a sparkling reception at The Ambiance of Fayetteville. Before the ceremony, we ventured to 1897 Poe House for the first look and wedding party portraits!

Tania and Andrew are originally from Fayetteville and met in high school. After their fairy tale wedding, they took a honeymoon fit for a Prince and Princess at Disney World in Orlando, FL!

The entire wedding party was warm and welcoming and had us laughing all day. Andrew and his 3 sisters had a really awesome sense of humor and you could tell they were very close. We had a ton of fun taking portraits in the gardens at 1897 Poe House and partying with their friends and family all day!

The gardens at 1897 Poe House are a wonderful place to consider for your Fayetteville wedding or bridal portraits. The historic buildings and well kept grounds provide a classic and beautiful backdrop for your portraits.

One of my favorite parts of the reception was the Shoe Game... If you have not seen it played yet, it goes like this: the couple each takes one of their own shoes and one of their partner's shoes. The MC or DJ asks questions like "who is the better cook?" and they raise the shoe of the person who they think is the better cook. Hilarious to see what they really think and when they agree and disagree! It's a really fun game, we actually played it at my own wedding. It's always guaranteed to bring laughs and I would love to see it played at more weddings!
